How can I make a reservation with Del Parque Flats?

To book you can call us or whatsapp at our phones: (+34) 951 600 050, by email (reservas@delparqueflats.com), or through our website (http: //www.delparqueflats. com).

At what time can I enter the apartment and at what time do I have to leave?

As a general rule, our check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Our departure time is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

However, we try to be flexible within our possibilities and we invite all our guests to consult us in case they need to arrive earlier or leave later. If availability allows, we will always do our best to please you.

Where can I pick up the keys to my apartment?

Keys have to be collected at the reception, located at Calle Cortina del Muelle 11, Málaga, 29015. In order to be able to assist you correctly, we need you to pre-advise us about your arrival time (+34) 951 600 050. You can also get in touch by email: administracion@delparqueflats.com.

And if this does not work?

After 9:00 p.m., keys will be in a locker beside the reception, so please inform us, in order to provide you the security code. You must contact with us, at least 48 hours in advance, in order to attend you correctly (+34951600050).

What are the costs in case of cancellation?

The cancellation fees to be applied will be the following:
• If you cancel more than 3, 7 or 15 days in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. (Depend on the apartment seleccted)
• If you book with a 'non-refundable' rate, in case of cancellation you will have to pay the total amount of the price.
• In case of 'no-show' you will have to pay the full price.

Is there an additional charge?
Parque Flats has an additional charge for the cleaning fee, the amount will depend on the apartment booked.
In addition, a damage deposit will be required by pre-authorization card upon arrival. The deposit will be returned in full upon check-out, once the accommodation has been reviewed.

How are the apartments equipped?
All our apartments have air conditioning. All kitchens are equipped with all the necessary utensils to spend your stay, as well as appliances: refrigerator, microwave, (some with oven), coffee maker, toaster, cookware (pans and pots), washing machine, drying rack, iron.
The bathroom has gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper for first days, and hair dryer.
In the kitchen you can find a small kit with a scourer, cleaning cloth and dish detergent.

Do I have to take my sheets or towels?
No, all our apartments are equipped with towels, sheets and duvets.

I carry a baby, is there a possibility to put a baby?
If you are interested, we offer a cot free of charged. Subject to availability.

Do the apartments have WIFI?
Yes, all our apartments have free WIFI.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
Complying with the Spanish and European regulations of the anti-smoking law is not allowed to smoke in our apartments, except in terraces.

Is it allowed to bring pets to the apartments?
Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control, we can not accept pets in all our apartments.
